new sky max hub not working, flashing green but devices say connected without internet

new sky max hub not working, flashing green but devices say connected without internet, tried everything, turning device off, unplugging, removing cables, resetting.

Mine is doing the slow green light. This means Your hub has been authenticated.

It will be ready to go in a moment. The light will turn white when it’s connected to the internet.

 

This is what mine is doing. Any idea how long this should take. Has been like this for 2 hours atm.

@Seamus8 if it is still not connected this morning power it down for a few seconds and try again if still stuck give Sky a call.

I still have the old black hub, I connected it last night and it works with no problems. I have put the new hub back on this morning and will see if there is any progress when I get home from work. Just find it strange why the old hub works and the new one doesn't.
