new sky max fibre router is not visible on windows 10available wireless list , olr sky router is

I have recently upgraded from my old copper wire route to a sky max optic router my main pc running windows 10 lists my new router in the wireless list but my stand by laptop also running windows 10 does not list new router but does list old one ! is some 5g setting in the new router eg on 5 not 3 ??? or is laptop firewall blocking new sky max router 

?? lots of other neighbours routers are displayed in laptop list but not my new max router , very odd as my main pc listsa every wieless router old and new

@N007 do you have Sky Q tv boxes or an old Sky booster? If you have the SSID you are seeing is the wifi hotspot they are producing which if you have the white Sky hub your laptop wont be able to connect to. Sounds like you need to talk to Sky to get an extender for the new hub. This comes as part of the WiFi Max bundle but you havecto call to get onecsent out.
