new router fitted today speeds gone from 15mbps to .62 mbps help

I've set up my new router today, and I'm a loss to find my speeds have gone from 15mbps to .62 Mbps. Service indicator say sim getting 17mbps to the hub, but I'm using a LAN cable to my pc and still getting nothing, any ideas please

@deano813 Can you start with the Hub type, the connection type, the package that you have got with sky, and if just connected have yoy seen the sky Hub reset as yet with any applied FW updates that it may or may not have done as yet?

The Lan connection on the PC what does it say that the properties sync is at, and also why the mention of sim? New router going to assume it is a sky one!!!!
