our new hub was activated today but showing a red light and not working? should this work even without having a landlines phone

If today is your activation date, it can take up til midnight for the order to complete

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rylo1995 Normally when the router first boots it does a firmware update and this can take sometime. But should not be anymore than the stated time in the paper work that tells you about this in the box the router came in.
