@MVHelp can you run a speedtest on a device connected by Ethernet rather than WiFi? Given the variability of wifi signals speedtest results are not reliable. Sky run their own tests of speeds daily you can see their results by going into the My Sky connection service checker and clicking on the Broadband link which also shows the recent history.
Although there can be speed issues with full fibre they are pretty rare which is why you almost have to eliminate other issues before Sky/Openreach will listen.
