Recently joined with Sky, been ongoing delays with getting my wifi set up. had no service in my house either so ended up switching mobile providers to sky as i thought that would be convenient. I had made an account with sky when ordering the broadband but issues were there where i couldnt view my order and now the only thing on my sky account is my mobile plan. (after getting the plan two weeks after making account for broadband)
my broadband has been installed today after been waiting for a month with a previous visit cancelled by sky. i still cant seem to find or access my broadband online, on my account. i have all the emails confirming but no linking of the broadband to the account, only my mobile plan.
help!
struggling to find any links online or anyone with the same problem online! cant seem to get through to a chat with sky customer service either!

Hi @Elizabeth28 you need to call Sky to get the two accounts onto the same id.

my issue there is i cant contact sky. this happened with rescheduling my broadband install, i couldnt get in touch with anyone who was human. it wasnt until the sky team reached out to me that i was able to get it resolved before. it takes me to chat bot but its not a person and when i ring the number it takes me to another bot that keeps me going round in a loop and i dont get anywhere
