new broadband bad wifi

only getting 25mbps on my IPAD and Iphone  (via wi-fi) - I'm sitting 2 metres from the hub and the sky APP tests says I'm getting 76mbps to the hub. how am I losing 50mbps over 2 metres in same room? It was installed yesterday and was 76mbps on my ipad based on same test

Hi @dominic66 

Yes that kind of speed loss can indeed happen over WiFi if there is other congestion in the area from neighbouring WiFi networks or your own devices.

The speed the Sky app shows is the speed to your router which can only reliably be measured if you are using an ethernet cable.
