need to find where to order a new replacement router

hey there, can anyone point me in the direction of where i can order a new replacement router ?
as the one i have seems to have an issue with it, when setup correctly

i've tried the service checker with no luck it says everything is fine despite the internet light being stuck on amber, have done tests with another router and that works correctly in less than a minute when it gets plugged in, have also tried the general sky 03337 number to no avail either

literally, just need a new replacement router so any options ?
