@Aimmee2251 As you've posted in the briadband section I presume you're referring to a Hub? If so it's normally sent by Royal Mail and as such if you're not at the address you can collect from the local delivery office after a delivery attempt fails.
Sky won;t send it to another address, only the addres service is being activated at.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
