need a update on our current situation still waiting to be connected

Hi there we are still awaiting a update on our current installion which was orginally scheduled for the 4th of November and was canceled over text message to  the 11th  which is today  and now haven't had anyone try to contact us by email or phone

no we are currently on virginmedia  install day was the 4th of Novemeber to switch over to sky and had only text message saying cancelled till 11th well today is 11th and nothing yet nobody has been from sky yet and only that stupiud bot thing that message  when i log into my account which is getting me no where
