nedd a new replacement router ours keeps cutting out its old

please send me a replacement router  ours is very old and malfunctions. it's very annoying when I'm online for my business, or online banking.  The wifi continuously stops working  every 2 minutes or so.  Your broadband test is not appropriate because it doesn't log in long enough to register the faulty router's stops in between.  We can't watch TV either  as it is continously stopping and trying to stream for the signal. internet.

@Sean156  No one can send you anything on the back of a community post, no one at Sky will know who you are.

 

If you're having an issue with the hub you will need to call Sky 1st.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
