my wifi keeps droping in and day and evening

I keep having issues with broadband, it keeps droppng in and out day and night.  Its saying wifi is connected but no internet.

I get exactly the same problem, some nights when I get in from work it automatically connects my iPhone to Wi-Fi when I pull up on my drive. But sometimes it's just 4g but then go in the house and find out my wife is connected on her phone plus the kids aswell. But other times I'm connected and my wife struggles to connect. What's that all about then. I have the new white super fast router aswell. Please somebody help?😩😩

Yes ours has been on and off since 2pm , so for the last 10 hours. When you do a check on the app , everything comes back as fine. Why can't you just talk to a human on the phone 😡

I just came on here to address the same issue. The WiFi is so poor my phone is automatically going to my 4G and my data so whilst I should be home and able to use WiFi, I'm using up my data. I've tried doing the test and Sky are saying everything is fine but that's simply not true when my phone is using 4G and saying the WiFi strength is poor.
