Hi. My socket where the purple cable (master microfilter) should go is from Virgin medio, can I use it too?

Typically not: Virgin Media have their own network and (in most cases) don't use Openreach data cabling.

Have you orderd broadband from Sky at that address, and has the activation date arrived?

If there's a missing or damaged faceplate then you'll need to report that to Sky.
If you have an unfiltered master faceplate then you may require a plug-in microfilter which ISPs don't supply any more.

If there's no Openreach socket at all then you need to report that to Sky: unfortunately it may have been removed when Virgin came in, but there's still a record of it at the address.
