my phone and my partners phone will not fully update apps or download new ones at home.

new apps wont dowmload/ install and existing apps wont update fully

i have run all the suggested trouble shoots on both phones and it still wont work on all of them

i ran a diagnostic and the following results came back

 

5.57mbps download

0.64 mbps upload

31 ms latency

server London

 

it is also taking a long time to send videos

 

is this something to do with the wifi?
