my ont has completely stopped working for 5 days now

my ont has completely stopped working tried using other power leads etc and nothing @Sky

@Mark198881   You're not actually tagging Sky by using the @ sky tag,  have you spoken to Sky in the last 5 days?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
