My laptop runs on Windows 11. The new sky account does not even show up when I scan to connect to it. I have updated Windows 11. I use the laptop in many locations and have never had this problem before. I am tethering to my phone but that is running up huge data bills. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SusanMorrissey if you have the white Sky hub go into the hub's setting area in the My Sky app ans change the wifi security setting from WPA3-T to WPA2 to see if then the laptop ca n connect.

Hi I'm having an issue with my sons ps5 and nintendo switch both will not play any of his online games for some reason they do have inernet connection but wont connect to servers all other devices like phones/tablets are all connected ok. Anyone else had this issue?

My issue has been resolved i rang sky told them about the issue and about 20 min later got a message to say they had looked into it and done a manual fix so all back up and running now
