my internet cuts off at 2:30AM every single morning for at least 3-4 Hours

I thought It was just a random period in the night but later realised it is exactly 2:31Am why is this, and is there a way to stop this?

Between the hours of 2:45 and 05:45 sky q goes into eco mode which shuts down devices connected to the sky q mesh created by the q tv bnxes. To change eco mode follow the steps below and change it to none
