my download speed dropped below the guaranteed minimum for more than 3 days.

Between the 18/3/22 an the 30/3/22 my broadband download speed dropped below the guranteed minimum of 2.2 mb. The speed ranged from 0.3 to 1.7mb.  When I reported the fault I was told by the Sky agent that I would receive a refund approximately 1 month after the fault was fixed. The engineer fixed the problem on the 1/4/22.

To date I have not received my refund but Sky keep taking my monthly payments!

Can anyone help please?

With the speeds you have advised you must be on ADSL broadband essential, that's not covered under the speed guarantee, so the agent is wrong unless you have really bad speed GMDS on a fibre connection, then they are correct, What Broadband do you have.

Many thanks for that, I have Broadband Essebtial with Boost and I have now checked "the legal Bit" and you are correct. A bit naughty of  of them to tell me that I would get a refund but never mind my contract expires in October so I will probably now change provider to BT or Virgin. Thanks again
