my broadband is going off intermittently for the past 2 months but its gotten worse this last 2 wee

my broadband keeps going off. the light on the sky box for Internet goes off regularly this past few months but has got worse this last couple of weeks. connection goes down for about 10 mins at a time.

@Angela18183 there have been lots of similar reports after the recent heavy rain. Open the My Sky app and click on the Service Checker ignore the first result and click on the Sky Broadband box and it wil show the current connection speed amongst other data, click on test my broadband. If the test finds a fault then it can offer to book an engineer to check the line.

 

If it doesnt call Sky but given a lot of these faults are caused by wet weather Openreach my not accept a fault as their automatic systems should stabilise the line in a few days.
