my box keeps saying its iniatlising i cant watch free tv through my sky box

I cant watch my tv anymore as it comes on screen that my box is still iniatalising and its stuck on this, my wifi is ok phone and laptop works ok but not tv through my old sky box ..anyone know why ?

What is saying it is initialising? Your Sky TV? Do you have Sky Q or Sky +?
