Re: moving ISP need to know WAN details
Yes thats correct. The string that has worked for me in the past is abc12345@skydsl|abc12345

Re: moving ISP need to know WAN details
@robertkwild the string doesnt matter anything works but you seem to need the @skydsl section in the user name.

Re: moving ISP need to know WAN details
@robertkwild there used to be a specific log in you could find and use but Sky now authenticate on the line which is connected back to their servers.

Re: moving ISP need to know WAN details
I believe if you extracted the actual client identifier string you would get
Mac_address@skydsl|last 6 characters of mac address
But the one you quoted works fine
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: moving ISP need to know WAN details
@robertkwild you shouldn't need anything else just follow the guide you linked to and it should work assuming you are in the UK Ireland is different.

No because your line still needs to be connected to Sky's kit back in the exchange
