@Brenda33  You've posted this on the broadband forum but the mini box you refer to will be a TV box, so which TV service do you subscribe to?  Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Note that returning a Q Mini box doesn't stop the associated Multiscreen subscription.  The correct process is to cancel the subscription and then wait for Sky to request return of the hardware.
