lost connection of internet

For the last month our sky internet seems to go in the early hours of every morning and come back on at 6am

This happens  usually  because  less people  are  using  the Internet  overnight  so they  can run  maintenance  checks, i always had it  happened  before  i changed  over to sky full fibre to the property broadband  gigafast, and i have not noticed  since this is common  that the Internet  on the old copper  phone  lines goes off overnight
