I'm supposed to be receiving guaranteed speed of 36 and it suddenly has dropped to 2.6!!! Can the router settings from the online login page be effecting/ causing this as we did reset it to factory settings and I don't really understand the settings to know if this is the problem??? Please help

The image wasn't approved as it contained your public ip address. Click show statistics at the bottom of that page

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@hayleyparsons there looks to be an issue with your line which is restricting your speed to 2.8Mb/s. If you run the cconnection test in the My Sky app it should pick this up and offer to book a check by an engineer. If it doesnt call Sky and ask for them to get the line checked.
