landline

High trees in a neighbours garden are effecting the broadband and landline crackling. Open reach have identified the problem in the neighbours garden and asked them to cut the trees so they can access the telegraph pole in our garden. If they do not cut the trees back the problem won't go away and open reach will not go up the telegraph pole. What can Sky help us with to resolve this?

Very little I would imagine. Sky can't force the neighbours to do some pruning. Have you approached the neighbours and explained your predicament?
