just upgrade to max hub and now cannot connect any thing to booster box upstairs

just paid to upgrade to sky fibre 150 - but now cannot get the booster box to connect to my computer upstiars without a password but none work. The booster box is connected to the new hub or the lights tell me so anyway. 

Please help - main computer area is upstairs and isnt moveable nearer to the hub - hence the booster box. i have reset it as explained but cannot connect to it - it doesnt have a password on the back so i am stumped and it wont accept the old password or the new one

@Lorraine93 see my reply to your other post. If you have a white Sky hubs the older Sky boosters are nit comatable.
