isle of wight Internet issues

MySky app says there's nothing wrong, but laptop Internet self heal keeps,asking me to check DSL cable then crashes on restart of Sky Hub. I'm trying to work from home and it's been an hour so far.

@JoThistlewood Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

done this. Just phoned and got an engineer visit booked.

It's also worth noting that Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.
