internet keeps dropping out and phones disconnect plus cant access apps on sky q
pages loading very slow when choosing tv guide, recordings or apps like Netflix or paramount wont load

@amy761 if the connections have worked in the past try rebooting your Sky hub by disconnecting tge power fir a few seconds. Tgat should get it to find the wifi channels with the least interference. If that doesnt woork consider what maybe blocking thecwifi signal which could be physical ie something between where the hub is and the devices oor causing interference like a dodgy light or another piece of wireless kit.
