having issues with broadbad dropping out

@scottbrassington Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Seeing eactly the same. Log file shows 17 drops of the ADSL (VDSL) connection today so far.

Had the same on Saturday night - apparently it was fixed on Sunday morning. Log file can be provided since I have copied it locally.
