My Sky Broadband service was supposed to be activated on 6th June 2025, but the internet has not worked at all since that date. The "Internet" light on the router keeps blinking orange, and there is no connection.
I have already tried restarting the router, resetting it, and changing the cables — nothing has worked. Two different engineers have visited my property, but neither of them fixed the issue. They simply performed basic checks and left without confirming whether the internet was actually working — and it still isn’t.
To make things worse, I have received messages stating that I’ve been using the internet, but that is completely untrue. I have never been able to connect to the internet even once since the activation date, because the service is not working at all.
I have lost two working days waiting for engineers, and I am unable to work, study, or access essential services due to the lack of internet. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience and financial loss.
