We joined Sky recntly from Virgin, Ultrafast Plus 500mbps with a sky Wifi max hub.
We have added a Wifi pod so now have whole house coverage.
Our issue is that when using iphones, ipad etc it is almost impossible to load, usually having to turn off wifi on device to load and then turn back on. We had Virgin at these speeds and everything loaded imediatly so this is a bit of a shock. When doing a speed test everything is good as is streaming the tv.
Does anyone have any help or sugestions? We have checked all the setting in our devises and there is no reason that we can see for this.
