iPhone not connecting to Sky wifi
We switched two days ago from BT to sky broadband. The tv has connected to the wifi but when we try connecting our iPhones, we gwt a message to say we have inpuuted the incorrect password, even though the password is taken feom the information on the back of the router.

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
