iPhone 15 appears as connected but no internet connection

In the last few weeks my iPhone 15 looks like it's connected but several apps show no internet conbection. It appears to have been a common problem with this phone but this has only recently started happening with mine. I've been through all the Apple communities and tried everything suggested. Just been in webchat with Apple Support - they've said to contact my ISP
