Administration of the Max Hub and associated services is largely through the My Sky app: if you don't have a device to host the app then the Max hardware is unlikely to be suitable for your needs.

@Psyclepath You use the MySky app to access the new hub settings. https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/sky-broadband-equipment/sky-hub/sky-max-hub-settings/article...

Re: i have the new white sky max hub, how do i access its settings?
As I said, the Hub was fundamentally designed for app administration from a mobile device. It should be accessible by IP address, but there's a very limited range of settings available there.
All ISPs are moving to in-app settings because it's increasingly difficult to get a web browser to talk to hardware which has a self-signed SSL certificate (and, frankly, it's what customers now expect)

In theory it should be possible to use an Android emulator on that PC to host the My Sky app, but I've no idea if it will work.

Re: i have the new white sky max hub, how do i access its settings?
Parental Controls are a feature of the WiFi Max subscription supplement, so yes, there's typically an extra cost. The Max service is different to the Max Hub itself (and includes, for example, loan of the Max booster 'pods')
