i can only pick up wi-fi in the room where my sky max hub is.

i switched to fibre broadband. when connected i didnt have a great signal in the lounge. after soeaking to sky i was adviced to have a sky max hub. this seem to be worse i now only have a good signal in the room with the hub in. other rooms are poor . and i cant get to speak to any one on the phone

@sue1221 When advised to get the Sky Max, did you also take the subscription addon at the same time?
