Do you mean the wifi bands?
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

I'n not sure, I've bought a door bell but it need to run on 2.4GHz only, I cant get it working and reading variouse forums it looks like my router has both.

it looks like I need to get into the sky hub but I dont have a login.

If you have a black sky router you should be able to seperate the wifi to give you 2 ssids

By default as they come out of the box, the Q Hub, Sky Broadband Hub and Max Hub all broadcast the same network name on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.
