Hi my router is black - sorry i replied days ago but its not showing up. hopefully you'll be able to see this one.

@katie783  You may have to split the Wi-Fi frequencies, this can be done following the directions of the link below. If the doorbell is looking for 2.4 GHz only. This process can be reverted if it does not work.
