hi I've just received new sky max hub white one from sky I have managed to conect everything sky max pod is connected aswel but apart from sky Q box is not connecting to the internet I have fallow the instructions aswel I have press and hold the WPs button aswel for 30 seconds but unfortunately still not connecting my sky Q box on the internet please anyone help me thankyou
