heating going off and tv issues due to internet wifi outage

Please can you check our wifi and internet as our heating engineer is saying the wifi is causing issues. also our tv is not connecting to wifi or netflix

@karen527 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum youbwould need to call them to getvsupport. However you can check yourself if your hub is connected by looking at the lights on it see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start. If the hub shows as being connected the issue is elswhere, if it has lost connection followctge instructions in the troble shooter. 

 

There can be various reasons why your heating control is not connecting to the internet without your broadband being down and with respect heating engineers blame the broadband rather than the controls themselves. If you post details of the system forum members can advise.
