I don't know why Sky don't keep you up to date with the reason they have not installed or can't install the open reach connection.

I've had one engineer and the start 18/12/24 who said he doesn't know what to do, now the engineer today, didn't turn up.

This is a very frustrating service, being left in the dark from a communications company

If the engineer was due today there is still a chance they could still turn up so what shows here;

If nothing shows then you will have to contact Sky for an update although if Openreach haven't updated Sky then there might not be much they can tell you.
