good skymax connection but poor wifi latency

I had Sky max installed a couple of weeks ago. The wifi singnal to dvices is generally good but with the hub being located on the ground floor of our three story house and my apple mac mini in my office being used in the attic, the quality of video latency problems is more than in the past. I think that I want a booster pod but according to the Sky broadband speed assessment my signal is 'good'. What can I do?

@Robin68 As you have and are using the sky Max hub, it would be advisable to go down the sky Max pod route and that does require you to get one from them, as self sourced is just not going to work succesfully otherwise, other option would be wired/wireless powerline from end to end, latency and speed you can only see when you get and test!
