 you can only upload images at level 1 not everyone can upload quite annoying if its ur first few posts.

I have also bought a new ethernet cable cat 6 and it still seems to be the same im really lost, my mates havent had to do anything like this and they dont know anything about wifi and they still get better speeds over wifi 😞

If that was a result over ethernet then there's definitely something wrong somewhere because download speed should always be many times faster than upload, rather than nearly symmetrical.

I think it would be best for you to contact Sky directly. You've done all the tests required to prove that your service isnt working as expected, that speed other ethernet is way too low. I would call as you will get a resolution quicker.

@jameson2002 you can dial 150 on your Sky Talk line for a free call. Otherwise use the contact us links on each webpage which will lead you to a phone number starting 03. Forum software doesnt allow posting of phone numbers.
