full wifi speed guarantee in every room with with Sky WIFI max ???

Hi there, 

Do you know how i can book for an engineer to come and make sure the widi is working in every room of the fat? When i do the test for the borqadband and then Wifi it says all is ok even though i have one line of connection and takes ages to open the page? It was confirmed in the  Sky Wifi MAX introduction that if the level of connection is not optimal everywhere you can have an engineer to come and fix it for you. When i called they said to first have an booster which i did but still not the top level to access the camera in the garden. The online messaging system is not able to help on the site keep saying it doesn;t understand my request. 

Appreciate for a prompt answer following latest experience i had with the customerservice on phone and by mail.

The wording of the Sky WiFi Guarantees* specifically excludes external spaces.

* Note that it's a small refund which is actually guaranteed, not wireless coverage.

@Tillie56 getting a wifi signal to external caneras is often difficult as for pretty obvious reasons the signal has to pass through a double thickness external wall plus any internal walls. I find having a wifi extender near a window overlooking my cameras helps.

The WiFi Max package guarantees either a minimum of 10Mb/s for partial fibre services (or 25Mb/s for full fibre) in every room IN your property.if you are not getting that with a single extender they will arrange for an engineer to come out. Don't mention the camera when calling but in my experience the engineers are pretty helpful and I suspect can offer some practical advice if you ask them.
