frequent "Wifi VAP is set to down" loss of internet
Fairly recent Sky Hub broadband, switched from BT a few months ago, but feels like I'm getting more frequent short interruptions to internet which is impacting working from home.
Only see these messages in event logs -
All logs from Last Week

Wifi VAP is set to down

Still getting regular internet drop-offs, especially every Monday night with -

I think you have misunderstood, this topic hasn't been closed. Sky sent you a private message about this issue but as you didn't respond to it within 48 hours it was this PM that was closed as per their post.

Yes - I have replied to the messages sent about private session but did not receive any replies. I also raised a new posting.

Hello Sky ? My mood is not improving on this having just received your letter that you are "investing in improvements" and increasing my broadband cost mid-contract. Are you reading Ofcom ? Banning inflation-linked price increases didn't really cover this approach did it ?
