fibre broadband never installed in 6 months

I was meant to have fiber installed on 12 February, but the engineer never turned up. Since then, Sky has given me nothing but excuses — months have passed and still no installation.

Every time I call, I get a different story, but no actual progress. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for customers’ time.

Avoid Sky Broadband if you want reliability or honesty.

Its likely an Openreach issue rather than a Sky one. If you go to this site & use the address checker, then post the resulting table back here we can see if there is an issue.
