Hi there, I'm really hoping someone might be able to help me. Our broadband/wifi is terrible despite all the checks saying it's good. I need to download video files for work and they take hours rather than the minutes it takes my colleagues. I often have to go to my mum's to download things. It's not practical or professional but I've gone through all the steps over the phone and online and it doesn't seem to change anything. My two children love gaming so when we're all on it it's unbearable for us all. Updates to games again take hours rather than minutes like their friends. Does anyone have any suggestions? We live in a Victorian house with thick walls which might not be helping, but our neighbours don't seem to have the same problems and are with a variety of providers.
Here are my router statistics in case these can help shed any light...

By the looks of it you are on ADSL broadband which is getting seriously old now. Does your area not even have FTTC let alone FTTP?

We explored the issue in this thread: I'm not sure why the initial post appeared here as a duplicate.
