Hi all, hoping you can help. My SR203 connection is usually very stable around 79 Mbps however on Saturday the router reset then reconnected at 36 Mbps. I immediately did a power cycle and it reconnected at around 78 Mbps. However since then (Sat/Sun) the router has been resetting every couple of hours (WAN side only 'connection status' resets, 'system uptime' is ok). On Monday the router was stable for 18 hours but did a complete reset (system uptime) at around 3:00 am. Is this likely to be DLM training or a line fault ?
Regards.

Thanks for following up.
It seems to have settled down. Router staying up for at least a week at a time (current up time 300 hours) and reconnecting > 79 Mbps after the very occasional drop.
it is only the 'connection status' that drops, the 'show statistics' stays up for much longer periods.
I think the 'show statistics - connection time' is displaying time router connected to cabinet ? What does the 'connection status - router status - system up time' signify ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kenny+RankinThe system uptime is the time that the router has been on.

Did this ever get resolved? Im having exactly this issue with my SR203. The log shows the same information (including the 1970 date stamp). My log however simply stops after a period and the router remains 'disconnected' until its re-booted at which point the log start populating again with the correct data and time...until it fails again a few hours/days later
The Sky help team so far have been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Im not sure anyone at sky has even looked at the log files as I simply keep being asked what lights are on the router and the BT Openreach PON.

I upgraded to Sky Gigafast but noticed I was still getting very occasional resets - I am monitoring but suspect the router is the issue
