connection keeps dropping out laggy and really slow even with ethernet connection
My sky connection just suddenly got really bad A few days ago ....Sky sent out the Openreach engineer, who told me that he had fixed the problem and went away But still I'm having no way of Playing Xbox game pass or watching any movies or anything because the connection keeps dropping out laggy and really slow

@punkty24 if the enginerr has not fixed the fault call Sky abd report that to them and they should escalate the issue with Openreach.
