Have just moved to Sky from BT, never had a problem before but can't even connect to the expressvpn website, let alone download updates.
It seems my VPN is connecting to the internet but I cant get to the site.
I'm not IT savvy so if there are any settings i need to change or add to the hub setup, please let me know.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@miller1 if you have recently moved to Sky you probably have not changed the default setting of the Broadband Shield which is set to age13 which maybe blocking the site. You should be able to change that by using tge My Sky app under Product Settings. If thst doesn't work you will have to call Sky and ask them to do that for you
