connecting to google nest mini & google chromecast

Hi

Ive recently just got Sky Broandband in & only now getting around to conncet my devices.

(1) Google nest mini

I've factory resinstalled my device & try to connect to Sky through wi-fi. I will get connected & it all works but the next day its not connected. Google will say there is a problem with my internet connection but Sky Stream & internet is working on my phone. I will factory reset my device again & maybe later that day it might  be connected or I have to go through it all again. My sky router is in another room in the house

(2) Google chromecast

I set up the device, again working all ok but next day not working. saying no internet. I factory reset everything & I get an error to say that "this chromecast was manufacturered for a different country, & may not be compatible with your wi-fi network" - chromecast was bought here & it was working fine the other day. Its paired up with the google home but when it goes to last step its not connecting on device

any help would be appreciated.

Only thing I could suggest is making sure your Sky Shield is disabled as it could be messing with the communication to Google. 

Other than that you'd need to get in talks with Google support
